FAQs
Your dog is bathed and shampooed, then blow-dried and finished. Scissor work on the coat, a face trim and a nail trim can all be part of it.
Yes, a nail trim can be booked on its own. Give us a ring on 01255 814290 and we will find you a slot.
We do a puppy introduction groom, which is a short and gentle first visit. Call us and tell us how old your puppy is and we will advise.
The introduction groom is there for exactly that, so the bath, the dryer and the table stop being strange. Sammi works at the puppy's pace rather than pushing on.
We are at 64 Frinton Rd, Holland-on-Sea, Clacton-on-Sea CO15 5UW. Open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed Sunday, Monday and Thursday.
Ring 01255 814290 on one of our open days and we will sort a time. Let us know your dog's breed and how the coat is at the moment.
Good to know
A few things worth knowing between grooms.

Sand and salt water sit in a coat and turn into knots. How to brush them out before they matt.

Small things you can do at home so the noise of a dryer is not a shock on the day.

What to listen for and look at, and when to book a nail trim rather than wait for the next full groom.
